I was recently included to contribute to First We Feast's Chicken Bucket List.

The Delta is an amazing wealth of stories, here are a few I wrote for the food magazine published by the The Meek School of Journalism and New Media at The University of Mississippi. I recently completed my thesis about gas station food in Mississippi and the Delta is once again a wealth of stories from Stuckey's history to repurposed gas stations and mom and pops still working country stores.

When not at a gas station "researching", I am still on the road.
